During construction, any variations to the contract required by the client will be dealt with promptly and within 24 hours you will have costing

Every day work site is kept clean and tidy and security of the premises is a main priority

Although most of the tradespeople are directly employed by us, the subcontractors we use, we have a long standing relationship with.

During construction, site meeting are held fortnightly to discuss progress and any issues that may need clarification. If additional meeting are required, we are happy to accommodate the client within 24 hours of notification

If the client requires changes to any part of the design during construction, we are happy to give constructive ideas and our opinion and we will get the drawings modified accordingly.
